Nov 14, 2014 - Seven days after surgery and post-op appointment

Post-Op Check Up: Everything looks good, I am making great progress. Interesting, did I mention that I had both a hamstring graft and a cadaver graft? They could not get enough of my hamstring so had to go to the cell bank to get a cadaver to supplement. One exercise he recommended was to walk in a pool. I am so excited about this and am definitely going to hit the pool as soon as I can drive. On the driving question, I am going to test it out in my neighborhood this weekend and see how I feel.

As for my exercises, I am just continuing to do them 3 times a day and then icing after I do my exercises. I am now back to being able to touch my toes (while sitting with my legs straight out) and stretching my hamstrings.
