Nov 12, 2014 - Five days after surgery

Same exercises, just another day. I have to remind myself not to be discouraged. Progress will come, I just have to keep pressing on with the exercises. Getting my flexibility back is really hard as I am working full extension and flexion at the same time. All the progress I make at the end of a day seems to regress at the beginning of the next day. It won't always be that way and I am continually reminding myself of that.

Shoulder Presses: 2 sets of 15 with 20 lbs total
Bicep Curls: 2 sets of 15 of 10 lbs
Tricep Curls: 2 sets of 15 of 10 lbs
Quad Strengthening: 3 sets
Knee Flexion: 3 sets
Calf Stretches: 3 sets
Medication none
Game Ready Use 4 times throughout the day
Moving Around Continued walking with a cane today and my gait is better.
Swelling The swelling is going down. I can see that I have an ankle, but my knee is still swollen.
Bruising Shin is still bruised.
Range of motion No measurement today.
