I tore my ACL about 9 years ago and blogged about it. Now, I've done it again. This time the right knee. So, I thought it would be fun to blog again, collect more data and compare my recoveries. I hope this blog provides help to those of you out there in the same situation as me.

Physical Therapy and the exercises you need to do are hard, don't feel good and you will get discouraged. You need to stay positive and do them. They are time consuming and you feel like they are doing no good. Just stick with it and you will notice the difference. All of the exercises hurt and are tough, and it is okay to moan and groan while you do them. Get it out. Verbalize, but keep doing them.
